Course Leader
In anticipation of the major paradigm shift which was immanent
at all levels of South African society, professor Manie Spoelstra in 1994
decided to depart his teaching post at the Graduate School of Business
Leadership at the University of South Africa (UNISA) to devote all his
attention to negotiation and management training.
The 20 years he spent at UNISA teaching organisational behaviour and negotiation
skills provided a sound basis for his internationally recognised and acclaimed
negotiation and management courses.
